How do I set up my first connector?
Navigate to your Tenant Workspace and click on "Connectors" in the sidebar. Click "Add Connector" and select your evidence source (Microsoft Entra ID, AWS, etc.). Follow the OAuth flow or enter your API credentials to complete the connection.
What is a Certificate of Truth?
A Certificate of Truth is a cryptographically signed attestation that your compliance evidence was collected, stored, and verified at a specific point in time. It includes Merkle root hashes and KMS signatures that can be independently verified. Available on Pro and Enterprise plans.
How do I verify an evidence receipt?
Go to the Verify page in your Tenant Workspace. Enter the event ID or paste the receipt token. The system will cryptographically verify the KMS signature, Merkle tree linkage, and content integrity of your evidence record.
What frameworks does ProlixoTech support?
ProlixoTech supports CMMC Level 2, NIST 800-171, DFARS 252.204-7012, FAR 52.204-21, FedRAMP, StateRAMP, and GovRAMP. Evidence is automatically mapped across frameworks where controls overlap.
How do I upgrade my plan?
Visit the Billing & Usage page in your Account Portal. Click "Upgrade Plan" to select a new plan tier. You'll be redirected to our secure checkout powered by Stripe. Upgrades take effect immediately.
Can I invite team members with different roles?
Yes! Go to Team & Roles in your Account Portal. Click "Invite Member" and select a role: Admin (full access except billing), Operator (evidence management), Auditor (read-only verification), or Viewer (dashboards only).
