Pricing FAQ

Is Level 1 always free?
Yes. Level 1 is permanently free. It's designed to be the cascade trigger for defence supply chains—no charge forever. This is the entry point for all 600+ DND-registered defence suppliers starting April 2026.
What happens to Level 1 retention after 2026?
During 2026, Level 1 gets 365-day retention as a strategic lock-in measure. Starting January 2027, the standard 7-day retention applies. By then, the evidence chain gravity should make switching impractical.
Can I upgrade from Level 1 to Level 2 later?
Absolutely. Upgrade anytime. Your Level 1 evidence, control mappings, verification URLs, and Merkle chains carry over seamlessly—zero data loss. However, to lock in early bird pricing, upgrades must occur by December 31, 2026.
What's the difference between early bird and standard pricing?
Early bird Level 2: C$10,000/mo. Standard Level 2: C$15,000/mo. Early bird Level 3: C$10,000/mo (same as Level 2). Standard Level 3: C$30,000/mo. Early bird window closes December 31, 2026—no extensions.
Is deferred billing available for early bird?
Yes. Sign the contract in 2026, lock in early bird pricing, and billing begins January 1, 2027. This removes the "why pay now?" objection and lets you optimize your 2027 budget planning.
What happens if I exceed my monthly event quota?
Contact support. We'll discuss your usage patterns and whether an upgrade is right for you. There are no automatic overages—we collaborate with you to find the right fit.
Can I downgrade from Level 2 to Level 1?
Yes. Downgrade anytime. Your Level 1 controls and evidence stay intact. Full 97-control data becomes read-only in the gap view. Verification URLs remain valid forever.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits or government agencies?
Level 1 is already free for all. Government agencies and non-profits: reach out to sales@prolixotech.com for a custom conversation. We work within our cascade pricing model.
What's the minimum contract term for Level 2 and Level 3?
Level 2: 12 months. Level 3: 24 months (early bird). Standard Level 3: 24-month minimum. Cannot cancel mid-contract—upstream customers require platform continuity to maintain compliance.
Are there setup or onboarding fees?
No setup fees. No onboarding fees. Your first bill is due on day one of your service. For early bird with deferred billing, your first bill arrives January 1, 2027.
What payment methods do you accept?
Wire transfer (preferred for Canadian accounts) and credit card via Stripe. Contact support for other arrangements—we work with enterprise procurement teams.
What roadmap frameworks are included?
Level 2+: ISO 42001, Controlled Goods Program (CGP), Quebec Law 25, ISO 27001, SOC 2, ISO 27701, and more. CMMC, DFARS, and FedRAMP bundle with Level 3. New frameworks are added at zero extra cost—they're included.
